Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Europe & UK: 2–8 business days

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

For many items, I work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! Otherwise I will ship your item from my studio in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me at roisin@roisinmallonart.com with your order number.

Orders

Where are your products made?

For many of my items, I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! For everything else I work with local manufacturers.

How do I track my order?

Not all items include tracking. For the print-on-demand items, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment just drop me a line at roisin@roisinmallonart.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at roisin@roisinmallonart.com within a week of receiving it, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

I don’t offer exchanges on my print on demand items, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by emailing roisin@roisinmallonart.com! For my other items, exchanges are possible, you will be responsible for any shipping costs. The easiest way forward is to drop me an email and we can get the ball rolling on that.

I offer refunds if you have told me about it within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told me. Please email me at roisin@roisinmallonart.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges on clothes. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts on the relevant item, in the images. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, let me know by emailing roisin@roisinmallonart.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Will any return costs be refunded?

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending any unwanted items back to me and also the shipping costs for sending out any exchange items. However, if you return something because of an error on my part or because it’s damaged or defective, I will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to me by refunding your return postage costs up to 2nd class postage.

Where do I send my return items to?

Please email me on roisin@roisinmallonart.com with full details of what you want to return and I’ll send you the relevant address to return it to.
